Area informationFalmouth is a busy harbour town with 3 lovely beaches within walking distance, ideal for rock-pooling, fishing, surfing, kayaking or just relaxing. The town centre has lots of quirky shops, as well as some favourites and plenty of great restaurants and pubs to choose from. Falmouth is also the home to the National Maritime Museum, and Pendennis Castle. Across the road from Tregenna Guest House is the Princess Pavillion which hosts many musical events, including Brass Band performances during the summer months. The house is within easy travelling distance of the Eden Project, St Michaels Mount, the Minack Theatre, Lands End and Lizard Point - to name but a few - and is a convenient over-night stopping point for the South West Coast Path., | |
