The buffet offers you a big choice : cereals, buns, bread, an omelet or soft boiled egg, cheeses and cold cuts, jam, honey, yoghurt, fruit and fruitjuice. Hotel information The house was build at the beginning of the 20th century and changed into a hotel in the 80's. You can find it in a nice lane with other stately mansions. The building has some unique art-deco details among which a beautiful glass door in the breakfast room. The name 'Gulden Vlies' originates from the order of knights that was founded in 1430 by Filips de Goede in Brugge.,
