The client shall inform La VILLA DES FLEURS S.A of any other modification (date, number of people). In case the client omits to prevent or the hotel of the cancellation of the reservation, the hotel may send him the bill. d.Cancellation conditions for groups: Up to 6 weeks before arrival: 0 % From 6 to 4 weeks before arrival: 25 % of the amount due From 4 to 2 weeks before arrival: 50 % of the amount From 2 weeks up to 7 days before arrival: 75 % of the amount due Less than 7 days before arrival: 100 % of the amount due ,
