Cancellation Policy Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged DKK 400 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms only and costs DKK 200.00 per 24 hours . Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and cost DKK 150.00 per person. Comments At present the hotel is going through a total renovation which is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2008. So far 125 new rooms and 4 suites and the lobby/front desk have been completed. The bar will be completed by the end of August. Air-conditioning will be available in all rooms, but will not be connected until all rooms are ready. High-speed internet access is available in all new rooms.,

Food & Beverage Brasserie on the Square has a great view over the Town Hall Square. Important: due to the renovation, the restaurant will be closed for lunch and dinner in August and September. In this period only breakfast is available. ,

Travel information The distance to Copenhagen Airport is 7 km (15 minutes in a taxi), the Airport Terminal with busses to/from the airport is at the Main Railway Station 400 metres from the hotel.,
