Food & Beverage The elegant, arty setting of the Montparnasse'25 gourmet restaurant is reminiscent of the roaring 1920?s. Christian Moine?s gourmet cuisine and the selection of matured cheeses chosen by the in-house cheese expert, Gérard Poulard, will delight food enthusiasts. The restaurant is open from 12:00 to 14:30 and 19:30 to 22:30 Monday to Friday. It is closed on weekends, public holidays and the last 2 weeks of July and August. Set amongst hanging gardens, the Justine restaurant presents an original buffet with a huge selection of desserts. The restaurant has a magnificent glass roof and overlooks a flower garden where guests can dine on the terrace in the spring and summer. Every Sunday from September to the end of June, the Justine restaurant offers a sumptuous Baby Brunch buffet for the whole family.
