Cancellation PolicyAttention: The hotel is going to charge your credit card for the room you have booked the same day that you book it. -Reservations cancelled later than 7 days before arrival and until 72 hours will be charged one nights fee. From 72 hours until 24 hours all cancellations are charged with 50% of the total amount of the reservation. -Non Shows or last minute cancellations (the same date of arrival) will be charged the total amount of stay. -Guests that reserve a room for a certain period of time, check in the hotel and then decide that they are going to leave earlier must be informed that they will be charged the total amount of the days they mentioned at their reservation. Ex. Reservation for a Double room made from 1/6 until 4/6, check in the hotel and then decide he will leave 2/6 or 3/6 will be charged 3 days even if he has stayed only one. IMPORTANT: for the period 18-7-06 until 25-7-06 the following cancellation rules apply: - At least 2 weeks before the date of arrival, no cancellation fees. - For cancellations later than 2 weeks, 50% of the whole stay will be charged. - For cancellations later than 1 week or for "no-show", 100% of the whole stay will be charged. From Elftehrios Venizelos National Airport Travel time to reach Hotel Moka is about 50 minutes as you are 25km away. The Airport is located at a suburb of Attica called Spata. By taxi (easiest way) A taxi should cost about EUR 40 to reach the center except between 00:00 and 06:00 am, because then a night fee is added. Be careful! Most taxi drivers will try to overcharge you by charging you the ride per person. That is not legal. The price is per ride even if you are 4! The ticket costs EUR 6 per person and you can move around with all public transportation for 24 hours. Available from 05:25 until 00:20 (Time 40 minutes). By Suburbian Train You can also take the Suburbian railway but due to maintenance on the lines sometimes the train is cancelled. Nevertheless it is the only train that runs 24 hours. By car Park at the port of Pireaus. Take the subway from Pireaus until Omonoia Square (20 minutes). Get off and find the 3rd Septemner street.
