T?rbatas Apartments: The second location is just a few blocks away, at T?rbatas iela 38, conveniently located in Riga?s most popular shopping area, in the centre of the city. It is just steps from the old town, surrounded by numerous cinemas, theatres and fine restaurants, and 15 minutes by car from Riga International Airport.,

Comments All arrival and departure times should be scheduled in advance. The office is located at Ernesta Birznieka-Up??a iela 27. If you are staying in the Up??a apartments, ring the bell marked "Baltic Suites," apartment 11B, and a member of the staff will welcome you and provide keys to the apartment and any assistance. If you are staying in the T?rbatas apartments, you will be met at T?rbatas iela 38 at a pre-arranged time. Staff are available by phone 24 hours a day.,
