Best Western Grand Hotel Halmstad ** Stationsgatan 44 30245 Halmstad The Grand Hotel was inaugurated with great pomp and splendour on 5 October 1905. It was a first class hotel with magnificent interior fittings. The restaurant quickly became one of Halmstad's most popular music cafés with many celebrity guests. Over the years there have been many changes in fashions and approaches. The building still has the same external appearance as it had in 1905, but the interior has obviously changed.
